No problem at all with the batteries. They are in the car keys and working fine - yes there’s a BUT coming I’m afraid. I needed them urgently so paid £4.99 next day delivery charge - see invoice. As I ordered online on Sun 15 Aug, I expected same day to mean no later than Tues 17 Aug - they arrived on Wed 19 Aug - too late for the event for which I needed them. My reason for selecting your firm was that you advertised next day delivery - very disappointing. Perhaps you didn’t tell Hermes this important detail?
